So, I know that we aren't even done with the paper chase part of this adoption, but I have to admit work on the nursery has started. My Mom and my Auntie Val were here visiting for the week, so I had to put their creativity and craftiness to work. I wanted to change an armoire that was being used as Jason's video game station into a changing table for Jasey. I am so excited to say that my Mom and my Aunt made it happen, and it is even better than I could have imagined. Check it out!

All done!-
Finished inside-
Close up of quote by Thich Nhat Hanh, a Vietnamese monk-
They also painted the letters that will hang on the wall over Jasey's crib-
Thank you so much Mom and Auntie Val, I couldn't have done it without you! I can't wait for Jasey to see all the hard work you put in to her nursery, I know she will love it. Now you just have to come back to Hawaii to help me put the nursery together:)

That turned out great! I love the saying on the inside. The letters of her name will go great with the red figuines you got for the nursery.
Hi, This is Jasey's Nana. My sister Val and I loved doing this painting for Michelle and Jason. They are going to be great parents!!! I will be travelling to Vietnam with them to pick up Jasey and can barely wait. My other 6 grandkids are just as excited to meet thier new cousin. We love her already! xxoo

Wow! What a great idea! I love it and I love your Thich Nhat Hahn quote. So pretty. Jasey will love the space you're making just for her!!!
Oh my gosh!!! I looove your *new* changing station. Can I have it? haha :-) I love the white with those little flowers. Awesome!! And what a great story you can tell your little one when she is older...the time Nana and Auntie came to visit. So sweet.
